Dhoni's day one didn't start that well as ODI captain, loosing his first toss, but his fortune seemed to change when India got 4 early wickets before Clark and Haddin spoiled the party taking Australia to 307/7 in the stipulated 50 overs. Considering the sluggish slow pitch and the way sachin and company played first few overs it looked like a mommoth task for Indian's but Dhoni though for his rescue rain god came and helped to leave the match with no result, hopefully our guys will learn from this match and put better performance in the next 6 matches with the ball. All in all Dhoni has a new day to do it again when they meet Australia again on tuesday for 2nd ODI.
